Disciplines/Subjects Under GATE
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) determines the admission and financial assistance offered to students seeking to enter into Post graduate Programs (Master’s and Doctoral) under the Ministry of Education (MoE) and other Government Assistantships or Scholarships. GATE score is also considered by some Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) while recruiting employees. Additionally, several Universities in India and abroad also base their admissions on the score of this exam.
