Refund Policy
Return
1.Our Cancellation/Refund/Exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Cancellation/Refund or Exchange.
2.In case of Return request from customer, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3, If wrong book is delivered by www.booksbybsf.com, the company will arrange the pickup and suitable exchanged product will be dispatched after receiving the photograph of the supplied book on our E-mail ID: hello@booksbybsf.com or Customer Support Number: 7766004343 (WhatsApp). In such cases, customers can opt for exchange instead of refund. No payment gateway convenience fee will be deducted in such cases. Magazines, newspapers, wallpapers, posters, gift cards, puzzles, and sketch books are exempt from being returned. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Original Bill). Kindly attach the receipt with the book to be returned. Courier your product at the original address from where it was dispatched or the one suggested by our Customer Support Team. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Book with obvious signs of use, items damaged and torn, physical damage and new books that have been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts from the manufacturer is not our responsibility.

Refunds
1.Refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days of receiving the book and evaluating its physical condition (Return/ Wrong Book Cases). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment mode, within 3-7 business days depending upon the time taken by our payment gateway providers and banking channels. Payment gateway convenience fee will be deducted from the refund in case of return cases.
2.Full Refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days in case of orders that can’t be fulfilled subject to the availability of titles with our channel partners, including publishers and distributors. In such cases no payment gateway convenience fee will be deducted from the refund in case of return cases.
3.Partial Refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days in case of orders that are cancelled on customer request. In such cases Incurred payment gateway convenience fee along with a processing fee of Rs20 will be deducted from the refund.
4.Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we suggest you getting your bank account statement checked again. In case of Credit Card Payments contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at E-mail ID: hello@booksbybsf.com or Customer Support Number: 7766004343.
**Sale items **
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
1. We only replace items if they are defective/damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same, please contact us at E-mail ID: hello@booksbybsf.com or Customer Support Number: 7766004343.
2. Wrong items delivered from our end are also eligible for exchange with no extra cost.
3. In case you have ordered wrong book , wrong edition or wrong language the website is not responsible for it . You will have to bear the courier charges for exchange or return.

Shipping
1.To return your product, please contact us at E-mail ID: hello@booksbybsf.com or Customer Support Number: 7766004343.
2.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (Return/Exchange cases raised on customer demand) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. If you are shipping an item over INR 300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
