The book PERFECT 20 Sample Papers in Mathematics has been written according to the latest syllabus prescribed by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi for Class IX of ICSE. This book contains 10 solved sample papers on the basis of ICSE pattern of examination. Each paper has been set for a maximum of 80 marks as per the latest ICSE pattern. The students are advised to attempt the questions in the solved sample papers independently and then tally them with the model solutions. This will give the students a chance to evaluate their understanding of the subject. 10 unsolved sample papers are also prepared according to latest pattern. The answers to each unsolved sample paper are given at the end of this book. The student should solve the 10 unsolved sample paper on their own by giving 2:45 hours time (i.e. 15 minutes for reading the paper and 2 1/2 hours for solving the paper) to each paper. Practising 10 unsolved sample papers will enable the students to build their confidence and help them manage their time in the examination hall and thus will enable them to prepare well for the examination.
