The earth has been treated as a black body radiator and related through vibrational spectra with green house effect. The dispersion of air pollutant, particularly particulate matter changes meteorological conditions. Reformation of vehicular engines and use of different catalytic converters remove these pollutants, have been discussed. Dangerous effects of noise pollution on health have been well documented.
