About The Author Dr. C. L. Bansal has over 38 years of experience of teaching Business and Corporate Laws. He is associated as an adjunct faculty in this area with the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon and also the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. With a Ph.D from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, his other academic attainments include M.Com from University Business Schook, Punjab University, Chandigarh; LLB, Delhi University; Diploma in Administrative Law, Indian Law Institute; and Fellow Member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
