India is a potential area and highly conducive to the production of various spices. But there is no comprehensive book available which deals exclusively with the spices. This book has been prepared in order to meet the need of students of horticulture/agriculture offering courses in spices. It is also hoped that the book will help the scientists and extension workers in the field of spices and spice growers, in particular. The book contains production technologies of spices based on current development and research status.
